miSci is temporarily closed due to the recent increase in regional and national cases of COVID-19. The Museum’s priority is to protect the health and safety of our visitors and staff. We are closely monitoring guidance from local government, public health officials, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. While the Museum remains closed, we will continue to offer a variety of virtual learning opportunities to our community schools and libraries with the generous support of the Jane Golub STEM Fund. A reopening date will be announced at a future time.
miSci offers a variety of immersive learning experiences for groups of all ages. Visits to miSci offer patrons the opportunity to learn from our science communicators.
There’s no better way to complement your classroom teaching than exploring science with our interactive exhibitions, planetarium shows, hands-on science explorations, and demonstrations.
A variety of programs and activities are available to groups, by reservation:
- Museum admission and self-touring.
- Planetarium shows.
- Hands-on science classes.
- Interactive science demonstrations.
- Challenger Learning Center missions.
