Adam Husted
Director of Traveling Exhibitions

Adam is a communications and exhibition development professional with nearly 20 years of experience working for major cultural organizations including the Brooklyn Museum, the Museum of Innovation and Science, the Ashokan Center, and the Czech Center New York. Highlights of his work as a publicist include such shows as Who Shot Rock & Roll: A Photographic History, I Wanna Be Loved By You: Photographs of Marilyn Monroe, Annie Leibovitz: A Photographer’s Life, The Dinner Party by Judy Chicago, Gustaveย Caillebotte: Impressionist Paintings from Paris to the Sea, The Last Expression: Art and Auschwitz, and Vital Forms: American Art & Design in the Atomic Age. His work at miSci includes developing the exhibitions Insatiable: Cooking Up Innovation, Connected: The Evolution of Communications Technology, and Seeing Ourselves. Adam is also a professional photographer whose images have appeared in numerous print and online publications, including The New York Times,ย Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, New York Magazine,ย ARTnews, and Art in America.
